I’m Lupita Villegas—wife, mom of two, Yorkie mom, and a freedom-obsessed immigrant from Mexico. I was a lawyer back home, but when my kids were born I came to the U.S. so they could grow up bilingual. My degrees didn’t transfer, so I started over: medical interpreter by day, entrepreneur by night.

I’ve always believed in building, not waiting. I launched Glamour & Co. Lash Studio, where I learned beauty is 50% artistry and 50% heart-to-heart conversation (I speak fluent lashes and spreadsheets). With that steady cash flow, I earned my Oregon real-estate broker license to invest: because real estate builds wealth and stability, right?

With my background in law and business, I felt called to make it accessible to Spanish speakers.
